All clothing and accessories returned must be in perfect condition and unwashed in any way.
Underwear.

The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt, otherwise agiosclothing.gr will not receive them as long as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms herein.
In the event of a return due to your miscalculation (color, size, etc.), the products are not exchanged for cash and the shipping and cash on delivery costs are borne by you.
That is, they are deducted from the original total amount of your purchase:

b) the total transport costs of our transaction and the cost of returning the products to us, as long as the payment has been made WITHOUT cash on delivery.
The remaining money, from the original total purchase amount, is returned to you within 14 calendar days of receipt.
In the event of a return of proven defective products, the shipping costs are borne by us.
In the event that the product to be returned,

REPLACEMENT – CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the product you received, with the exception of Underwear and Swimwear, which for hygiene reasons are NOT REFUNDABLE, within 14 calendar days from the date the order was sent and to request a replacement.
The return of the products for the purpose of replacing them, does not constitute an action of withdrawal on your part and therefore the provisions of article II. C. 4. herein do not apply.
By product change, we mean replacing the product with another variant (size, color, etc.), of the same product code.
Product changes are only made if product variants are available.
We do not accept changes or returns of products, with tampered packaging, or used, or generally altered in their original condition.
We do not accept changes of underwear and swimwear, under any circumstances, for hygiene reasons.
We do not service, process, or convert products.
As long as the possibility of the first free change is given for your order, the first change is not charged with transport costs, as long as you use the transport company that we will indicate to you.
If you need to make a second change then the return costs will be borne by you.
(1) In order to return one or more products, you should contact the courier company that delivered the package, stating that it is a return to agiosclothing.gr, in order to receive the package for return and to start the process.

The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent agiosclothing.gr and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of agiosclothing.gr or /and of agiosclothing.gr and/or of the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
In any case, their appearance and display on the agiosclothing.gr websites should in no way be taken as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
A. FINAL TERMS
These General Terms constitute the final and only terms in force regarding the provision of the Service by the Company to the User and supersede any previous terms, contracts and agreements, written or oral, between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service .
B. WAIVER
No delay, negligence or tolerance of the Company in enforcing compliance with any of the present conditions by the User, does not constitute a waiver or damage provided for in this right.
If any of the present conditions were to be deemed by any competent Court of the Authority to be invalid and consequently unenforceable, this condition will not invalidate the rest of the present conditions, which will remain in full force.
C. INVALIDITY OF TERMS
In the event that any part hereof is declared or determined by a court decision to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining part hereof, which will remain in effect as if these General Terms had been executed with the invalid part deleted.
The Company will endeavor to replace any invalid term, with a new valid term, the effect of which will be the closest equivalent to the voided one.
D. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
Any dispute between the contracting parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the terms of the contract, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of the contracting parties by contract or tort, is interpreted in accordance with Greek laws and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the substantively competent courts of of the city of Karditsa, to whose jurisdiction the parties voluntarily submit from today.
Alternatively, the solution of out-of-court settlement through the European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body is proposed.
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution process (ADR) throughout the European Union is now provided for.
